An open-source rebuild of InvoicePlane, a PHP invoicing app, on Laravel 13. Same database, same screens, proven equal by side-by-side tests. Fixed a security hole the original still has.

HR platform rebuild
Replaced an international foundation’s decade-old PHP HR system with a Next.js app. Staff, leave and attendance records were reconciled row for row before cutover. It is now the live system of record.

Will our clients know you exist?
Only if you want them to. We sign an NDA, work under your name, and never contact your clients directly.
How do you use AI?
AI agents write much of the first draft of the code. A senior lead directs them, reviews every change, and tests decide what ships. If a client restricts AI tools, tell us before we start and we’ll agree on what’s allowed.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Everything lives in your repositories or is handed over in full.
What if it isn’t working out?
The monthly block is month to month. Stop before the next month starts and nothing more is billed.
How do we pay?
Monthly invoice in US or Australian dollars, paid by bank transfer or Payoneer.
